Both countries are waging war against Russia, and as parties involved in the conflict can't claim impartiality.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Maria Lvova-Belova, Russian Commissioner for Children's Rights, and Vladimir Putin.
The sham ICC, controlled by Western elites such as Soros through their NGOs, acted on information provided by the media-academia-intelligence complex funded and managed by the US.
Yale University's Humanitarian Research Lab, part of the Ukraine Conflict Observatory, set up by the US State Department, plays a prominent role in the investigation, and so does the European Democratic Resilience Initiative (EDRI), an initiative launched by Joe Biden with $320 million in new funding to "support societal resilience and defend human rights in Ukraine and neighboring countries."
Ironically, the US and Ukraine are not signatories to the ICC. And neither are Russia, China, India, Turkey, etc.
